Forever Fit Entry #2   One of the biggest complaints I hear is finding the time exercise and staying consistent. Hello world. I'm Montrel of #ForeverFit. If you are reading this, it's fair to assume that you have fitness needs/desires you would like to achieve. I know that pain! Never did I think I would have achieved the gain of muscle that I have starting here.  I was no more than 165 pounds. Couldn't pay my body to keep weight on.
